Intuitive touch screens make them easy to use for a wide range of abilities and ages.

What venues are most suitable for multimediatours?

A wide range - from small areas, where booths and screens are deemed intrusive to large outdoor non linear sites where there is a need to allow visitors to browse

Can multimediatours be used outside?

YES- anti glare coating allows screens to function effectively in a range of light conditions. Whilst the robust sealed casing protects the players from the elements

Can the players be branded to my venue?

YES- the player casings can be coloured and badged with venue logos.

Are the players DDA compliant?

Yes, the players are ideal for disabled visitors, with easy to use controls, firm grips and the possibility of frame support attachments. For the deaf “signed” versions can be created

Can language versions be easily created?

YES – language version soundtracks can easily be created from the original master

How relevant are multimedia tours to my venue?

How do we ensure the players don’t get stolen or damaged?

Players can be bar coded, alarmed or chipped.  The players also need to be powered up so will be useless without the charging rack unit.

How do multimedia tours engage visitors with the venue?

By providing a richer personalised interpretive experience.

What on site staff training is required?

Very little due to the intuitive nature of the devices.  Full instruction would be given on powering up, down and using the devices.
